Plant 616 is seeing real momentum across West Michigan, and we’re asking partners to help us sustain it for the long haul. Your gift helps us connect, equip, and catalyze leaders who are making Jesus famous on every block.

A few years ago, Plant 616 began with a leap of faith. Since then, God has been incredibly faithful, providing through the generosity of partners and donors who believe in this mission. What started as a small seed has grown into a vibrant Kingdom ecosystem of connection, equipping, and catalytic leadership.

We have seen more than growth. We’ve seen a movement take root.

  • Connecting: The 616 Forum has quintupled in size as people have traded isolation for kingdom-minded friendship.

  • Equipping: Emerging leaders are turning holy discontent into tangible impact through immersive learning environments and leadership cohorts.

  • Catalyzing: Leaders are launching new missional ventures with courage, grit, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Ben

Ben came into our cohort as a roofer and left with the courage to step into full-time ministry. Today, he is pastoring outside Grand Rapids and helping multiply churches across the 616 and beyond.

Kevin

Kevin turned a passion for the Gospel and apologetics into a clear mission and is now leading efforts to invest in young adults across the city.

Brittany

Brittany carried the mission into everything she touched, multiplying discipleship groups, serving community resource centers, and investing in single moms.

Momentum needs fuel. To stay agile and responsive to where God leads next, Plant 616 needs to grow its team of partners so the mission is never limited by a leader’s bank account or a ministry’s zip code. Your partnership creates the margin we need to serve leaders from all walks of life and move wherever the Spirit leads.

We’re raising $70,000 in new funding over the next 7 weeks to ensure sustainable, long-term impact. We’re looking for 30–40 new partners to join Plant 616 through monthly support and strategic gifts.
