We believe God is raising up a new generation of adventurous leaders—not simply to fill positions, but to join the movement of Jesus wherever they live, work, and serve.

Whether your next step is making disciples, serving your church, engaging the people, places and pain in our city, planting a church, or simply becoming more faithful where God has placed you, we want to help you discern it with clarity and courage.

The Rising Leaders Cohort is an 8-month journey designed to help you uncover your calling, grow as a leader, and take meaningful steps into God’s mission.

You already have a story. You already have gifts.
This cohort helps you discern how they fit into something bigger.

    • Practical insight from experienced leaders and practitioners

  • This cohort is for everyday disciples and emerging leaders who sense God stirring something more.

  • We gather one Saturday each month (Fall through Spring, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM).

    Each session includes:

    • Practical teaching you can apply right away

    • Honest conversation and community

    • Space to process what God is doing in your life

    Between gatherings, you’ll receive one-on-one coaching and simple, practical assignments to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
